Job description

• Issuing accommodation units according to the established schedule
• registration and check-out of guests
• charging for services to guests
• contacting the services within the hotel and submitting the necessary reports
• providing information to guests
• guest entry and exit control
• performs other tasks as ordered by the immediate superior in accordance with his knowledge, skills and abilities.

- SSS/VŠS/VSS tourism, economic, social professions
- accuracy, responsibility and reliability
- languages: English (advanced), another language (basic)
- good computer skills
- willingness to work in shifts, weekends and holidays
- the ability to easily communicate with guests and colleagues
