Job description

Welcoming and serving guests at Camp Poljana's restaurant or bar, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.

• Taking and delivering food and drink orders promptly and accurately.
• Recommending menu items and providing information about dishes and beverages, including local Croatian specialties.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service area, including setting and clearing tables.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Handling guest inquiries and resolving complaints with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Following all health and safety regulations as per the camp's standards.
